My Story
My name is Melissa, and I am the owner and lead designer of Renegade Floral. I am honored to share with you my passion for flowers and the creative process of floral design. My first job was in a flower shop many years ago and from that moment on I knew it was my calling. I have worked in several wonderful shops over the years, but after the birth of my daughter, Daisy, in 2014, I knew it was time to make my dream of owning my own business a reality. Like painting, floral design builds on the importance of color, texture, and composition to create beautiful and personalized designs. I pay close attention to these details in my designs, and I love to challenge myself with unique and artistic combinations. I am inspired daily by the beauty of the city I live in and the people around me, and I consider working with flowers to be one of the greatest joys of my life! It is my sincere desire to help tell your story through through this timeless, heart centered art form!
